SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL, AND BEHAVIORAL FUNCTIONING
Information regarding a student’s social, emotional, and behavioral functioning is obtained from testing observations with the student, from clinical interviews with the student, the student’s family, and teachers, and from a variety of empirically-based questionnaires and behavior rating scales. The questionnaires and scales are completed by the student or examinee (self-reports), parents (parent reports) and teachers (teacher reports). The questionnaires and scales are theoretically and empirically developed.
