Polaris Psychological, LLC was founded by Dr. Jay Tarnoff in June, 2014. Conveniently located on the Main Line, Polaris Psychological, LLC is designed to provide the psychological and psychoeducational assessment needs of the Greater Philadelphia area. Dr. Tarnoff works with individuals ages three to adulthood.
